Billing & Insurance

We currently do not accept insurance. Clients will receive an electronic invoice on the day of service, and payments can be made through our secure client portal using major credit cards or HSA/FSA cards. A 5% late fee will be applied weekly for payments not received within 10 days.

If you'd like to submit claims for potential reimbursement from your insurance, automated superbills are available through our secure portal.

FAQ

  • How long will my child need therapy?

    We understand that each child progresses differently through therapy, much like through life. Parents and caregivers are children’s first teachers and it is crucial they are equipped with the education and strategies that will help them and their child be successful. We are excited to talk with you about teachable moments you can practice at home.

  • How much does it cost?

    We know times can be trying. So we like to be fully transparent and hold an open-door policy when it comes to things like this- and we keep it simple: the cost varies by service. Please continue to our booking site where the prices of services are listed.

  • Do I need a referral?

    It’s possible. If you’d like to submit your claims and invoices to your insurance, they may require you to receive a referral from your child’s physician. If you’re not sure where to start, talk with your physician and contact us. Remember, consultations are always complimentary.

  • Do I need an evaluation?

    If a speech-language evaluation was completed within the past 6 months, it’s possible your child won't need one. Evaluations are not required for parent-coaching services. If you’re not sure if your child should get an evaluation, we can connect through a consultation and/or screening.

  • Would you come to my home or child's school?

    We travel locally in the western area of Rochester, NY. The locations we travel include Chili, Gates, and Spencerport. A fee may be applied for travel greater than 15 minutes.

  • What if I need to cancel?

    We get it, things happen! If you need to cancel your scheduled appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice by phone or messaging through our secure client portal. If you are unable to cancel 24 hours in advance or no-show your appointment, you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. More than 3 consecutive late cancels and/or no-show will result in discharge from services.
